This was a substantial 5382 Sqft new-build family home adjacent to the riverfront in Bray, Maidenhead. The house was built to adjoin a previously built leisure complex and consisted of 5 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, formal reception room & dining room, cinema room, home office and family room.

The work on site had already commenced by the time we were appointed on this project so we had to move quickly to make changes to the space planning and create a drawing package for the contractors to work to. The clients were keen to embrace luxury and were willing to use quality materials like marble, brass inlays & high quality veneers on bespoke joinery elements.
