Luxury Development In Village Location

This was a new-build development project in a sought after village location with spectacular scenery in and around the Goring Gap outcrop of the Chilton Hills. We worked on this project with the developer as soon as the planning was approved. We designed all areas of the interior, specifying finishes, lighting, sanitary ware and worked alongside a kitchen specialist to make sure the design was consistent with the rest of the interior.

The brief was to create a home with a comforting, family aesthetic in which potential purchasers would see a blank canvas. The colour scheme was very neutral to allow the new home owner to come in and add their own colours scheme through accessories & artwork to imprint their personality & taste.
