Situated in the heart of Berkshire, this five-bedroom family home was conceived as a high-quality development project for Bentier Homes. Our role was to shape the property from the earliest design stages, ensuring it would appeal to the modern luxury market while maintaining the flexibility for future purchasers to make it their own.
From the outset, we worked closely with the developer team to establish a timeless interior framework — one that felt elegant, refined and cohesive, yet deliberately neutral in tone. The palette was carefully restrained to create a sophisticated backdrop, allowing the eventual homeowner to layer their own personality and furnishings onto the space with ease.
A Cohesive Interior Framework
We designed all fitted joinery throughout the home, creating bespoke solutions that combine clean-lined elegance with practical storage. From media units and wardrobes to feature cabinetry, each element was tailored to complement the architecture and reinforce the development’s premium positioning.
In addition, we designed and fully specified all bathrooms, selecting materials and finishes that feel luxurious yet timeless. Stone, porcelain, brassware and sanitaryware were carefully curated to ensure durability, quality and visual cohesion across the property.
All finishes throughout the house — flooring, wall treatments, ironmongery and detailing — were thoughtfully specified to maintain a calm, elevated aesthetic. The result is a neutral, layered scheme that feels warm rather than stark, offering subtle texture and depth without imposing a strong stylistic direction.

The completed home strikes a careful balance between elegance and adaptability. By combining considered layout planning, bespoke joinery, refined bathroom design and a cohesive finish palette, we delivered a development property that feels polished and luxurious — yet intentionally versatile.
