Delivered in collaboration with Ian Scott International, this project transformed a former office building in the heart of London’s Fashion District into five exceptional luxury apartments. Spanning eight storeys — including a basement and roof terrace — the redevelopment required a full redesign of the building’s internal layout, circulation, and communal spaces to create a truly high-end residential experience.
Comprehensive Redesign & Architectural Transformation
As the building was originally commercial, we reimagined the spatial flow throughout, ensuring each apartment felt generous, functional, and seamlessly connected. The lift, entrance hall, and stairway were fully refurbished to reflect the luxurious aesthetic of the apartments, providing a cohesive sense of arrival and elevating the building’s overall presence.
Structural interventions included a rear extension and the addition of a new upper floor to create a duplex penthouse, expanding both usable space and natural light while maintaining architectural balance.
Consistent, Luxurious Interiors
Each apartment was designed and finished to the same exacting standard, creating a cohesive and refined aesthetic throughout the building. Materials, colour palettes, and bespoke joinery were carefully selected to combine elegance, durability, and a timeless sense of style.
Our team furnished and dressed every apartment with the same attention to detail, ensuring a fully realised, turnkey interior. From furniture and lighting to soft furnishings and decorative accessories, each home was completed to a level where purchasers could move in immediately, with every space fully styled and ready to live in.
Elegant Simplicity & Functionality
The interior scheme focuses on elegant simplicity, with a restrained palette that allows each owner to add personal touches while maintaining a sophisticated base. Open-plan living areas, well-proportioned bedrooms, and luxurious bathrooms were designed to maximise space and functionality, reflecting both modern urban living and the building’s premium location.
